Which one of these words signify fair and impartial, legal or equity ?
The word that typically means fair and impartial, is “equity,” signifying not a respecter of persons.
Equity is a principle in law and justice that seeks to ensure fairness and justice in the distribution of inalienable rights and benefits to man, he and she.
Therefore, when something is described to be equity, it signifies that it is just, fair, and impartial, not having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage from not being personally responsible for acts.
Legal on the other hand is a disability because it is the opposite of equity, it is not fair and impartial.
While the legal system promotes to be just and fair, it prioritizes procedural rules and established laws that do not result in equitable outcomes to benefit man, he or she, but establishes legal fraud of adhesion contracts for body politics, licensed body corporates.
In summary, "equity" is associated with fairness and impartiality, while "legal" refers to what is established by the law of Moses, which may or may not always align perfectly with notions of fairness and impartiality described in equity from the Holy Spirit.
In American jurisprudence, a court of equity, is a court which corrects the operation of the literal text of the common law, and supplies its defects, by reasonable construction, and by rules of proceeding and deciding, which are not admissible in a court of law.
Equity then is the law of reason, exercised by the chancellor or honorable judge, giving remedy in cases to which the courts of common law are not competent.
